Description
Mount Amanzi Game Lodge is a private game lodge set in unspoilt tranquil surroundings, 170 km north of Pretoria. This lodge is a 607 hectares private game lodge situated 22 km west of Naboomspruit, Limpopo Province. It is 220 km from Johannesburg and 175 km from Pretoria when travelling on the N1.

There are 15 upmarket self-catering free-standing air-conditioned chalets available. Each unit consist of two bedrooms; one with a double bed and two with single beds. A fully equipped modern open-plan living area is available with a microwave oven, a two-plate stove, refrigerator, sink, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, and lounge. Each unit also has braai facilities.

Bedding is provided however guests would need to bring along bath and swimming towels. Due to the fact that game roams all over the farm, no pets are allowed.

Our features include game drives, secure hikes, fishing, hunting, a volleyball court, an entertainment area with a restaurant, bar, DSTv and pool tables, and a wedding venue (including a chapel that can accommodate 56 people).

Mount Amanzi Game Lodge in Mookgopong (Naboomspruit) Reviewed by Celeste Van Zyl, South Africa on . The lodge does not look like the pictures posted online, the swimming pool was dirty upon arrival with no grass around it, the chalets did not have enough toilet paper, they did not supply towels as said, no sponges for washing dishes, thus it was not as advertised. There was one person there that was very helpful and kind, and you could see that he was trying but the staff in the bar/ reception area were not very knowledgeable and the overall appearance was not good, Would not go there again.<br />
