Eden@Marloth in Marloth Park Conservancy Reviewed by carol baptista, South Africa on . The response to the enquiry was picked up and responded to in less than an hour, however, the picture against this residence does not justify the experience we had.  Cockroaches, chipped crockery (which will create a health hazard), A4 sheets of instructions in what to do and what not to do in the house and a severe water leak that caused absolute chaos cannot describe this weekend in hell. This unit is in serious need of maintenance/ and everything must be overhauled with immediate effect. The chipped crockery must be replaced too.<div><br /></div><div><strong><em>Establishments Response:</em> </strong></div><div><br /></div><div><div><em>The guest complains about  the following:</em></div><div><em>- Cockroaches. How strange that the place was fumigated on April 23.  How strange that the guest in the same unit the following day could not find cockroaches. (Contact details to confirm my two statements can be verified at any time by Safarinow)</em></div><div><em>- Chipped crockery. Show me an average SA home without any chipped crockery.</em></div><div><em>- A4 sheets of instructions. Most guests thank me for this as it prevents any misunderstandings and they find it extremely helpful for an enjoyable stay.</em></div><div><em>- The water leak. In my list of instructions I give my cell number for immediate reporting of problems. The guest never contacted me during their two day stay. She reported it after they left. and the leak was fixed within hours. (Verification of this statement can be done by Safarinow).</em></div><div><em>- No DStv. The caretaker solved the problem in seconds. The DStv was not plugged in properly. Again this was never reported during their stay.</em></div><div><em>- No batteries. Again, if she reported this, the problem would have been fixed in minutes.</em></div><div><em>- The bedding is not white or beige. Do I honestly have to answer to this logic?</em></div><div><br /></div></div>
