Old Mill View Villa is located in Pereybere beach, in a gated community with a lush tropical garden. On entering Old Mill View Villa, you walk into the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is modernly furnished and equipped with a four-plate stove and oven, a fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, tea and coffee facilities, as well as an ice-maker.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with a satellite TV, a DVD player and video games, and guests also have Wi-Fi access. The downstairs cloakroom is equipped with a shower as well as a washing machine for your convenience. Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, furnished with a comfortable king- and queen-size bed, and share the use of a bathroom with a shower only. This floor also opens onto a balcony with seating for four guests. The main bedroom is situated on the second floor and is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a Jacuzzi. Linen and towels are provided and a cot is available on request. Another balcony with seating for four is also found on this level.

The patio is equipped with a barbecue facility and guests can relax around the pool. For peace of mind, the villa has a security system and safe parking is provided. A daily maid service and a car are available on request. A local activities and restaurant guide, as well as maps, are provided to help you plan your activities. Children are welcome and the villa is suitable for the elderly or infirm, but please note, there is no wheelchair access. The property is very private and once inside, the large gardens are for your private enjoyment.

Pereybere beach, described as the best bathing beach in Mauritius, is a 25-minute walk or a five-minute drive away. Also located nearby is Grand Baie, an upmarket little town offering fabulous nightlife, restaurants and a variety of great shops.
