Description
We offer a furnished self-catering duplex to rent in a secure complex in Port Alfred, within minutes of the blue flag Kelly’s beach, with lovely sea views from the front patio and upstairs balcony. There are two double rooms upstairs, one with a queen-size bed and the second with two single beds.

A full bathroom is upstairs with bath, shower, and WC, with an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen and separate guest WC downstairs. The lounge has a double sleeper couch, as well as TV, DStv decoder and mini Hi-Fi. The unit can sleep six quite comfortably. Please note no smoking is permitted inside the unit.

Because this is the family's holiday home, the duplex is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery for six, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee percolator and fridge. Linen is supplied for a laundry fee of R200. Parking is inside the secure complex. There is also rain water for drinking and a communal swimming pool with braai areas.
Please note no pets allowed, the complex is open, so there is no garden for pets and we cannot accommodate pets inside the unit.

The unit has a DStv decoder, just take along your own smart card and follow the instructions given to watch DStv. If you have a newer smart card and it will not be compatible, we are happy to offer a service of a card at a set daily rate, please let us know if you would prefer this option. We really enjoyed our stay for the long weekend .The Apartment is in a secure area and not very far from the sea that is all wonderfully .
