Munga Eco-Lodge is located on the main route heading out of Livingstone towards the world famous Victoria Falls. The lodge has many innovative features for the cultural enthusiasts and the environmentally-conscious tourist.

The luxury chalets are built with sustainability in mind. Each building is made of rammed earth walls and thatched roofs, and are surrounded by a natural bird-filled canopy of thickets, trees and grasses. There are four chalets for couples and one for a family.

The communal boma area includes a lounge with a fireplace, a library, bar and restaurant. The restaurants is the perfect place to savour quality Zambian cuisine as well as international dishes made with fresh organic products.

The natural swimming pool is set amidst a pleasant water-garden with lilly pads and no chemicals are added to the pool.

All the staff were exceptionally hospitable, helpful and friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Our lodge was private and spacious and the outdoor shower added a lovely touch. It is also conveniently located close to the Zambian-Zimbabwe border.
