Description
Omaruru Rest Camp is one of the first accommodation establishments you will reach when entering Omaruru from the Otjiwarongo side. This peaceful and secure rest camp is an ideal point from which to explore Omaruru and all its attractions.

Accommodation is offered in en-suite rooms, self-catering units, campsites and group rooms. The en-suite rooms consist of double, twin, triple or family rooms. Each of these rooms features tea and coffee-making facilities, a TV and shower en-suite. The self-catering units are either double or triple rooms, all with shower en-suites, fully equipped kitchens and TVs with M-Net and selected DStv channels.

The campsites have plug points available and there are unisex ablution facilities with toilets and showers. There are three group rooms, two six-sleeper and one-three sleeper. These rooms share ablution facilities with the campsites. We also offer an on-site restaurant and bar area.

In Omaruru, you can visit the woodcarvers, the local Omaruru winery, the historical Wronsky House that hosts a museum, and the Franke Tower that was erected by the German community of Omaruru in 1904. There is also a great variety of birds to be observed in the area.
