Description
This is a Self-catering establishment. Owner resides in a separate Unit with private entrance.Comfortable, fully equipped, two bedroomed home, with lounge,dining room,kitchen open-plan areas, two bathroom’s and outdoor barbeque area on upper deck.

Situated in world famous pristine fynbos area surrounded by mountains, with the sea and lovely beach six minutes walk away.
Nice surroundings suitable for cycling and hiking and fishing. Short rides will take you to the penguin reserve, black oystercatcher reserve and wild flower reserve,Harold Porter Botanical Gardens. A unique experience is to be had between July and November, when the Southern Right whales appear all along our South Western coastline to mate and give birth to their young in the sheltered bays.

Quite exciting Betty’s Bay is situated approximately 130 km from Cape Town and 50 km from Hermanus, both beautiful drives.

THE UNIT:
This comfortable self-catering home comprises of Lounge, Open Plan kitchen, dining area plus two bedrooms upstairs with patio with built in braai. Stunning views are enjoyed.

Bedrooms upstairs:
BEDROOM 1 is has a Double bed with built in cupboards
BEDROOM 2 has Twin beds with built in cupboard, bedding is supplied.

The Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.
Downstairs bathroom with shower toilet and wash basin.

House rules and general Do's and dont's. Smoking outside and on patio only. Sorry no pets and loud noise and music after 10.00 p.m. please note this house is not accessible for wheelchairs. Check in departure times can be negotiated.
