Description
This is a privately owned, luxurious beachfront apartment located in a brand new, modern complex situated on Margate beach. Accommodation is offered in a ground floor unit with a breathtaking 180-degree sea view of Margate's Blue Flag beach.

The flat has been equipped to the highest possible standards and every convenience has been catered for to ensure the perfect holiday. The unit features four bedrooms, two of which contain a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. All bed linen is provided. The master bedroom is luxuriously appointed with built-in cupboards and a dresser, as well as a TV with DStv, while the other rooms have built-in cupboards and dresser units.

There are two bathrooms, of which one is en-suite, and each has a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, cutlery, cookware, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron ,and an ironing board. The lounge and dining room include a dining table, a leather lounge suite, TV, DStv and a DVD player, and the large balcony has a gas braai and comfortable seating for eight people.
