Sabuti 1194 Simbiti Eco Estate Shakas Rock offers a relaxing seaside holiday in Ballito, just a short distance away from the beach. It is ideal for families and groups.

The apartment has three beautiful bedrooms, of which all have double beds and stunning sea views. A fully equipped kitchen is available for all your self-catering needs. A comfotable lounge has ample seating space and a TV with DStv access.

The lounge leads out onto the patio which consists of an outside dining area and a large Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing while appreciating the amazing mountain views. Guests can also make use of the swimming pool available in the complex.

Guests can take a walk to Thompsons Bay Beach or visit Heron Dam and Fish Eagle Dam, of which both are just a short distance away. Ballito Bay Mall is within driving distance, ensuring that guests have plenty to do while enjoying their holiday.

Due to the current water restrictions in Ballito the use of the Jacuzzi at the unit is until further notice not allowed by the estate. Out of the control of management.
