Chart Manor consists of two separate self contained dwellings, a main cottage and a bachelor flat in Salt Rock on the picturesque Dolphin Coast/Ballito area of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. Both dwellings have sea views and are a mere 100 m from the fully netted and life guarded bathing beach.
The main cottage sleeps four and a third child can be accommodated on a good quality fold up bed. It consists of two large bedrooms. The main bedroom is on suite with a dressing room and has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two three-quarter beds and is serviced by a second bathroom. There is an open-plan fully appointed kitchen with microwave oven and all other appliances with a breakfast nook and lounge area with HD flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, and a DStv decoder for use with own smart card. Please note that if your smart card is married to your decoder you will have to bring the smart card and decoder to view DStv programs. All rooms lead onto a large covered patio with sea views. There is also a lock-up garage. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans. There is a fenced in courtyard braai area with concrete table and benches.
The bachelor flat has an open-plan configuration with a fully appointed kitchen with a four-plate hob, microwave oven and other appliances. The bedroom has a double bed with a sleeper couch in the lounge area for young children and the lounge has a flat screen HD TV with DVD/CD player, and a DStv decoder for use with own smart card. Please note that if your smart card is married to your decoder you will have to bring the smart card and decoder to view DStv programs. The unit leads onto a covered patio with sea views, and a separate bathroom consisting of hand basin, toilet and shower. The apartment is also equipped with an overhead fan. There is a braai area off the patio and lock an up garage.
