Spend a worry-free holiday in luxury; 10 Marichel is an upmarket penthouse with large uninterrupted sea views of Thompsons Bay.

Four luxury en-suite bedrooms enjoy refreshing sea views and quality amenities, and it doesn’t stop there. The penthouse has not one but three lounges, one for finishing that book in, one for watching television and one for reclining in the sun. The TV lounge is equipped with a full DStv bouquet, so maybe you won’t get to finishing that book.

On the sea-facing side of the unit, there is a large open patio equipped with a six-seater round table and Weber facilities. The large retractable, glass sliding doors extend the entire width of the unit and let the light shine in, so all weather can be enjoyed and appreciated.

In the kitchen amidst all the latest AEG appliances, guests can indulge in a visual feast with smooth granite tops flowing from the center island to the scullery; cooking will be only but a pleasure. The scullery is well equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble-dryer, and the double sink is fitted with a waste disposal unit and a water filter.

The secure complex has a private gate providing direct beach access as well as a swimming pool for the tenants. The beautiful beach of Thompsons Bay has a large tidal swimming pool and is patrolled by life guards during season.
