Description
Lazy Forest B&B is a comfortable and welcoming bed and breakfast, located in Genazzano on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal. It is a mere two minute drive from Tongaat Beach and within walking distance from Beach Bums restaurant.
Accommodation is offered in four double en-suite rooms. Each room is air-conditioned and features a TV with local channels. Breakfast is available for an additional fee.
The owner also runs a bakery on the property.

Hostel/shelterI must say I had stayed in the Phumula b&b the weekend before, and payed less and it was a pleasure, so accommodating, friendly and warm, very well organized, all of which I was disgusted to not find any of this in the LAZY Forrest !
On arrival there was no welcome, just construction, and a lady whom I had to approach, then had to ask for my room key, when I asked for a quote I required the quote to include breakfast, I received a quote of R490 which I gladly paid half, when I asked about breakfast and when it will be served, I got told that there will be none, and who did I book through, she asked if I booked through her daughter?! , I explained what I was expecting, and was told I was giving the incorrect, after showing my frustration, as I work in the Bel aire hotel, and I see this as not my problem, they then offered breakfast with added rate, I refused and demanded the breakfast we paid for, it was then agreed that at 7:30 breakfast would be surged down in,....our communal kitchen!! Which had no water in the fridge cracked glasses, tea and coffee but no milk offered, for the price this was horrific, I was so upset I could have rather slept in my car, but my partner agreed that we will just stay, the rooms, basically as simple and bland as it can get. On waking up for breakfast at 7:30 there was silence no one or nothing in the kitchen, we packed our bags....furious and went upstairs to find out what was going on, all the doors were locked, and we had to bang on the door, so angry we so desperately wanted to leave, we didn't even bring up the breakfast we didn't get given but paid for, and rushed off to get the first bit of food we could find!
This was a night mare! I feel ripped off and stolen from, I can stay in a 4 star hotel for the same and get all the bells and whistles, including breakfast! This is not a b&b it's a shelter or hostel, for back packers!
