The house is ideal for families looking for a holiday near Hartbeespoort Dam and for those who enjoy the secure environment of the estate.
This beautiful home is situated right on the water’s edge, and comprises five bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, an undercover veranda, and a deck area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including all cutlery and crockery. The lounge area has ample seating.
The deck has a wooden walkway leading down to the water. Ample safe parking is provided and the house enjoys beautiful views.

Pecanwood Accommodation in Pecanwood Estate Reviewed by Rosalyn Ingrouille, Canada on . Stunning location but forget the luxury!Loved the space, 5 beds and 5 baths. Deck and entertainment area fabulous. Everything needs replacing. All the furniture is stained and requires either a good clean or replacing, the crockery was all chipped or badly cracked (finally replaced after 7 days). The bed mattresses were badly stained and utterly disgusting as were the pillows and duvet inners (received mattress protectors to put a layer between the sheet and mattress after 7days). Some beds had winter weight duvets on them! Just enough cutlery for 10 people and very little anything else. Just 5 mixed matched wine glasses (agent brought 4 more). The Agent told us that the 'locked' room at the back contained all the owners good china/crockery etc. Most bedroom lamps were broken and half the lights bulbs out. Most cupboards and drawers had owners stuff in. No hangers or hair dryer provided, I went out and bought. The bathrooms had old used and dirty shower sponges hanging in the shower along with half used bars of soap! With every thunder storm the living room was flooded turning it into a skid pan as the large lounge window had a leak around the seal. This place was described as LUXURY and at the price charged most certainly should have been. We travelled from Canada to stay here and if we could have found alternative accommodation we would have left, but as it was the Christmas holidays there was no where else to go. This was a special treat for us all including my elderly mother, so I didn't want to spoil it by making too much of a fuss. The agent gave us a 10% discount, so we paid R45,000 instead of R50,0000. However, feel very abused and cheated. Do not stay there.
