Karoo Hof is a peaceful and comfortable guest house situated in the small village of Rietbron. Rietbron is located midway between Willowmore and Beaufort West in the depths of the Karoo, literally miles away from any urban area. It is the ideal stopover location for guests who want to enjoy the peace and silence or simply enjoy gazing at the stars. The name Rietbron is Afrikaans and means ‘reed source’ or ‘reed fountain’.

Karoo Hot is located in the centre of town and the historical building used to be the old police station, charge office and court. Accommodation is offered in three double rooms and one self-catering cottage named Nagmaal House. The first double room features an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third rooms share a bathroom. Mosquito nets and fans are also provided. The Nagmal House is equipped for self-catering and can accommodate up to four guests. Pets are welcome in this unit.

Karoo Hof Guest House also features an on-site coffee shop, a splash pool to cool down on those hot Karoo days and a snooker table.
