Description
We have a superbly elevated position offering magnificent breaker views of the Indian Ocean in a malaria-free area. Be one of the privileged few to witness the famous annual winter sardine run and watch the whales and dolphins frolicking, or simply enjoy our beautiful hot summer days. Khaya La Manzi has much to offer as a stress-free and relaxed seaside venue for leisure and business, approximately 100 km south of Durban.

All our accommodation is self-catering. Some are air-conditioned and some are sea-facing. There is secure remote access, off-street parking and a certain ambience of peace and tranquillity. Khaya La Manzi offers a relaxed atmosphere for both holidays and conferences.

There is a communal swimming pool, a games room and braai areas on the property. We offer five air-conditioned apartments in the thatch-roof section, with private entrances leading onto a communal courtyard garden.

Two of these apartments are family units with two rooms and king-size beds which can be converted into two singles. These have a mezzanine/loft with two singles upstairs, overlooking the lounge and kitchenette area. They have their own patio and braai and sleep up to four persons each. The remaining three air-conditioned apartments are bachelor apartments with queen-and king-size beds. The bathrooms are en-suite and there is a kitchenette.

We also offer two sea-facing two-bedroom apartments in our tiled-roof section. One is up one floor and one is a ground-floor unit. Each have a bathroom, although the one has a shower only. There is a TV lounge, a kitchen and a dining area. Some of the rooms have ceiling fans and sleep four to five persons.

There are also two sea-facing one-bedroom apartments with king-size beds, an en-suite bathroom, ceiling fans, TVs, sleeper couches, kitchens and breakfast nooks. These units sleep up to two persons.

Great view, good room Although a little far from the water, the view and the roof terrace of this place were excellent! The room was spacious, with a good kitchen and bathroom. I think this would be great in summer. Unfortunately, we couldn't really enjoy the terrace, as it was winter, raining and we were only here for one night. Friendly host also!
