Beacon House is a Greek-style house situated in Margate, offering beautiful views with a large selection of accommodation options. The house is available as a large unit, or each room or level can be booked individually for smaller groups, families or couples.
The house is available as a unit where eight guests can sleep private in four rooms plus two extra guests can sleep on the sleeping coach in the lounge area( only for guests under 12 years old)
Alternatively, a group can only rent the bottom floor where four people sleep private in Mykonos and Santorini.
During High Season, 10th of December to the 10th of January, only the entire house can be taken by a group.
The house has an upstairs level with one large bedroom serving as a honeymoon suite. The suite has a lovely en-suite bathroom and cosy kitchenette with a second smaller bedroom. The suite can be booked for two people alone, or the entire floor can be booked for a group or family of four. Please note that there are limited self-catering facilities. There is a second bedroom, Delphi, available if guests use Athena, the honeymoon suite. Delphi is bookable with Athena and is not available on its own. The upstairs level has a full laundry available.
The downstairs level has two separate bedrooms both with a private en-suite bathroom. Out of season only two guests can book either Santorini or Mykonos, or both. There is a well equipped kitchen for the guests and a living room with a double sleeper couch. Both rooms can be booked together to book the entire level as a self-catering unit sleeping four adults and two children.
The entire house can be booked as one entire unit sleeping up to ten people.
The property includes balconies with sea views, a swimming pool, braai facilities and hotel bouquet DStv channels in all rooms except the Delphi. There is also a lock-up garage and laundry facilities. |
