LA Guest House the ideal stopover to Swaziland, Kwazulu-Natal and the Lowveld. Situated in the beautiful Assegai Valley, Piet Retief is not only famous for its timber industry but also for its rich culture and hospitality.

LA Guest House is set in a lush garden with 12 tastefully decorated rooms. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, TVs with DStv, fridges and microwaves. Our three Family Rooms are equipped with small kitchenettes, and guests are more than welcome to make use of the braai facilities in our garden.

Your hosts, Lynette and Arthur, offer a relaxed and comfortable stay with a homely experience in a tranquil environment. Whether you are here for work or to explore our beautiful country, you will find that LA Guest House is your first choice for affordable accommodation. Other services include secure off-street parking, laundry facilities, dinners by arrangement and packed lunch boxes. We also accept credit cards.

A very comfortable night An ideal stop-over on the way to Mozambique, the guest house is just off the main road through town. A warm welcome and pleasant room aided a good night's sleep and a nice cooked breakfast to set us off on our way. Road noise can be a bit irritating but this is not the owners fault. Highly recommended!
