The Aloe Cottage is situated on a working farm between Swellendam and De Hoop Nature Reserve. You can experience real country living while watching the everyday activities that happen on the farm.

The cottage is fully equipped with one bedroom, a private bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen and a lounge area with DStv and two sleeper couches. There is an indoor and outdoor braai area.

Guests can see how the cows are milked, how the calves and lambs are fed, as well as feed your leftovers to the pigs. Feel free to cycle, jog or take a leisurely walk and see interesting reptiles, birds, animals and plants. The patio has beautiful views of the Renosterveld bush.

Great hospitality and wonderful fresh eggs and milk daily. Springbok grazing on our doorstep. If you like the farm life this, is the place to go and relax. We'll be back!

Andre & Selma What a fabulous little gem on a working farm.  Clean and spacious with all amenities you'd need.  Inside and outside braai, with a gorgeous patio to watch the sunset.  The best part is collecting fresh milk and eggs in the morning and meeting all of the farm animals which even include a pet buck :-)<div>We'd definitely recommend it.</div>
