Description
Albergo for Backpackers is situated in the most amazing spot in Plettenberg Bay. The beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife are all within easy walking distance. Nothing can beat our stunning views from the balcony where dolphins and whales are often spotted cruising the beautiful bay of Plettenberg Bay.

We make a bonfire every night. Here we will teach you to master the art of a traditional South African outdoor braai. Our television room, with its satellite TV for movie and sport addicts, bar and pool table are located away from the sleeping areas.

At Albergo’s One Stop Action Shop we offer information about all the activities in the area. A shuttle service is available for transport to the various activities.

Plettenberg Bay has the most gorgeous beaches, and idyllic surf spots. We have surfboards for hire and body boards available for free. Then come back to relax in our huge garden with its swinging hammocks and luscious green grass.

We run our own Internet Cafe with a fast ADSL connection, Wi-Fi, VOIP, Webcams and much more.

Albergo for Backpackers in Plettenberg Bay Reviewed by Carolin Hannig, South Africa on . Nice garden, nice dorm, bad shower Our stay in Albergo in August 2014 was all in all okay. The dorm room was quite nice and the garden is awesome! The owner is very nice and always keen to help you with any activities you want to try! The shower system is not recommendable for a backpackers. Whenever someone else in the shower next to me switched the shower on my shower immediately turned cold and whenever someone else switched it off I burned myself.
