Description
Situated right on the beach front, the fully equipped duplex house is located in a security complex and is located right on the beach front of the Indian Ocean. 16 La Palma Villas has direct access to the beautiful Diaz Beach, making this the ideal getaway for any beach lover. The beach is 50 yards from the lounge sliding doors and there is no street to cross to get to the beach.

The ground floor offers a large lounge and dining room with sliding doors leading onto a patio with a barbecue. There is a modern fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a washing machine, microwave oven, glass hobb and thermofan oven. The backyard leads to a courtyard with an open hot and cold water shower. The first floor has three bedrooms. Two of the rooms are sea facing with sliding doors leading to a balcony and they offer queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds.

The property is situated 2 km off the N2 highway, halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth and 4 km from both Mossel Bay and Hartenbos. It has a magnificent 180 degree view of the coastline from Mossel Bay in the south to Glentana in the north.

This is the first place that we have been to that the photos look exactly like the place, very happy about that!! It's got everything you need, house and kitchen well equipped. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heart beat!

Ons sal defenitief weer daar gaan bly. Baie dankie vir Libby wat als vir ons gereel en organiseer het. Kannie wag vir die 2de kuier nie. Ek is bly daar is nie mense wat harde musiek speel en vloek nie. Dit is hoekom 'n mens weggaan om te rus en nie te bekommer oor die goed nie. Ek beveel defenitief die plekkie aan as jy lekker wil gaan rus en jouself geniet, en al reen dit, daar is soveel rondom jou om te doen.
