Situated on a farm close to Sutherland, guests will find Villa Rosa Guest House. Located near the main farm house, guests stay in a quaint wooden house with three bedrooms.

The rooms are furnished with single beds and guests share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and a freezer and a small dining area where guests can enjoy their meals. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with DStv is available. Guests can make use of the barbecue facilities and watch the Karoo sunsets and the starry skies.

Sutherland has wide open spaces, making it ideal for watching the stars at night and enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings. It is also home to the South African Astronomical Observatory. Sutherland is one of the coldest towns in the country and visits during the winter promise a snowy wonderland.

Rosa Villa Guest House in Sutherland Reviewed by Huibre van der Merwe, South Africa on . We had a lovely stay at Rosa Villa. The only thing that we didn't consider was that the farm is 68km from Sutherland on a very bad gravel road - it was a bit of a mission to drive into town every day. There is no petrol stations (or shops or anything except the Church) open in Sutherland on a Sunday. Other than that - if you are looking for a quiet, out of the way, charming wooden house accommodation. Rosa Villa is the place for you.
