Description
The Slanghoek Mountain Resort is nestled in the magnificent Slanghoek Valley. For the walking enthusiasts we have two walks. One of them is to the lookout point, which is about one hour and the other is to a waterfall site which takes about three hours. A 4x4 vehicle is needed to get to the starting point of the waterfall walk.

We have eight fully-equipped and self-catering chalets, from a two sleeper to a six sleeper. Seven of them have an inside braai and the other has a fireplace. We have 13 self-catering safari tents sleeping two or four, with a kitchenette and en-suite shower and toilet. We have two swimming pools, a trampoline, putt-putt and jungle gym for the kids. All this is situated under a century old oak tree forest.

In addition we have 15 grassed campsites with a stream running through them, situated between the vineyards on our farm, about 800 m from the rest of the resort. There is a swimming pool, trampoline, jungle gym and there are shower and toilet facilities for each campsite.

We have two conference facilities that can take 20 to 150 guests, depending on the seating arrangements. All catering is provided. For weddings with a small dance space, we can fit 120 guests in our hall. Our chapel can only take 64, but we can have a ceremony at our lapa for a maximum of 100 guests. Our lapa and hall are also available for year end functions.

Ongelukkig was ons tyd beperk en het ons slegs oorgeslaap maar ons sal die oord beslis weer besoek vir n langer tydperk.
