Bonnievale River Lodge is 15 minutes from Route 62, which borders the Breede River.

This peaceful and tranquil setting is only five minutes from the centre of Bonnievale. Bonnievale is 30 minutes from Swellendam and 20 minutes from Robertson.

The area offers beautiful wine farms and many activities such as swimming, canoeing, fishing, quad biking, river rafting, scenic walks and bird watching.

There are grocery shops, antique shops, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy and a boutique wine store available in the town centre.

Bonnievale River Lodge in Bonnievale Reviewed by Michael Hanslo, South Africa on . Splendid Fun Bonnievale River Lodge has exceeded my expectations in many ways. Our host Stephen was incredible helpful and accommodating. The campsite was clean, with a beautiful view over the river. The shady deck site we booked was perfect and the swimming pool was a pleasure to use. Fishing was so-so, but I did see a fellow camper pull a big catch out the water. It was a great weekend away!
