Witkrans is a 35 ha farm nestled on the eastern slopes of Witkransberg in the beautiful Flower Valley, approximately 15 minutes from Stanford and Gansbaai. Home to the Privett family and a diversity of fynbos, forest, birds and small scale farming activities, there is always something to do here.
We offer two fully equipped cottages named Bushu Cottage and Cone Bush Cottage, set away from the main farm house. We live in harmony with nature while enjoying the magnificent natural beauty of the region and play an active role in conservation, environmental and social upliftment work. There are two dams stocked with fish which are great for swimming and a natural stream running along the bottom of the property. We have a play area with a trampoline for kids to keep them busy.
Should you have children, come and experience our farm animals and let them help in feeding our chickens, pigs and sheep, all of whom are tame. You can also collect some fresh farm eggs for your breakfast and at certain times of the year, we have fresh jams, organic wine, vegetables and honey for sale. |
