Description
Milibizi Resort is a selection of self-catering chalets in the Mlibizi area that are either privately owned or booked out for visitors. Chalets range from accommodation for two guests, up to chalets which can accommodate larger groups. The Kariba Ferry launches from a dock next to the resort which makes this an ideal stopover when catching the ferry.

Although each self-catering chalet is different, they all offer certain facilities inclusive of the daily rate. All linen requirements are provided and the fully equipped kitchens offer gas stoves, electric deep freezers and fridges. The bedrooms are fitted with window fly screens and overhead ceiling fans.

Chalet attendants are responsible for basic household chores including setting barbecue fires, making the beds and the washing the dishes. One attendant is shared between two chalets.

Milibizi Resort in Mlibizi Reviewed by Colin Nelson, South Africa on . Overnighting The setting is great and the gardens were neat.   The 2 bedroom self catering chalet was clean      but definitely needs some TLC. The manager said that he has only been there 3 months and hopes to improve the resort.
Milibizi Resort in Mlibizi Reviewed by Mark Vandoros, Australia on . Served its Purpose Very Well We stayed overnight at the resort to catch the early morning ferry. The accommodation was old and tired but the new management ensured it was clean. The pools were adequately clean too, an important fact if you are travelling with children. The highlight was dinner at Rose's. (Recommended by the resort). A simple but very nicely presented (home cooked) meal of steak or fish served at Rose's house on the banks of the Zambezi. The mozzis like this place too...so make sure you take your repellent with you. In all the accommodation served its purpose. I would stay there again.
