Description
Lions Valley Lodge is situated in the Nambiti Private Game Reserve, within easy reach of the central Drakensberg and many of the historic battlefields. This malaria-free virgin bushveld area, with its mixed vegetation of savannah grasslands, indigenous trees and shrubs, is home to the Big 5 as well as offering the ideal habitat for a large variety of antelope, smaller game species, and an abundant birdlife.

Visitors are accommodated in exclusive, free-standing thatched suites, offering guests maximum privacy. The décor of each of the ten suites follows a special individual theme, and each suite has a luxurious bedroom with a walk-in cupboard and spacious lounge area. The en-suite bathrooms boast two feature baths that invite long indulgent soaks, and his and hers showers in both the bathroom as well as outdoors for an added touch of magic under the African sky.

The pool terrace at the Main Lodge offers a wonderful area where guests can socialise, cool off in the spectacular rim-flow infinity pool, or spend a few hours relaxing on the comfortable poolside loungers enjoying the panoramic view over the game reserve and waterhole.

Rates are fully inclusive of accommodation, all meals, and two game drives per day, including snacks and refreshments. Lions Valley Lodge exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to submit to the magic of the African bush.

De super moments Un endroit magnifique et des gens formidables nous ont fait passer un séjour inoubliable. Sans compter la présence de la mascotte Mango la mangouste qui a animé nos repas. Rien que lors de notre première soirée nous avons pu voir 3 big five. Et même lors de sorties moins riches en grands animaux, les explications du ranger sur tout (arbres, oiseaux, insectes, …) étaient très intéressantes.
