This is a self-catering, double-storey Tuscan house located in Plettenberg Bay. Situated a few steps from Central Beach, this is an ideal holiday home that offers magnificent sea- and mountain views.
The spacious house comprises five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a breakfast room, as well as a larger dining room that can seat ten guests. An upstairs tea-station makes life easier as guests can enjoy a light snack without going downstairs. There is a lounge area both upstairs and downstairs, and a games room, which are all comfortably furnished, and equipped with satellite TV. For the colder months, underfloor heating and gas fireplaces are available.
Roomy balconies, a veranda, rooftop viewing points and outside dining areas ensure that guests fully experience the joys of being by the coast. There is a swimming pool with a safety net, braai areas, electric fencing and armed response, a double lock-up garage and extra parking for two cars. A full maid service and the option of bed and breakfast facilities is available to make the stay more comfortable. |
