Description
Kinana is a beautiful multi-purpose holiday home for a large family or group of friends. It is situated in Princes Grant Coastal Golf Estate, 15 km north of Ballito. The estate boasts a kilometre long private and secluded beach as well as canoeing on the private lagoon. There are nature trails for birdwatchers with over 239 bird species to be seen throughout the year.

The triple-story building is linked via a suspended wooden deck bridge to a double-story unit consisting of individual studio apartments. There are magnificent views of the ocean, the golf course and the forest from the property.

The main house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living area leading onto a large wooden sundeck. There is a double lock-up garage, a private balcony, a guest bathroom and beautiful landscaped gardens.

The double-story studio apartments are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes, a seating area with a TV and lovely views of the ocean and golf course. Bring your own smart card for the use of DStv. The first level studio apartment has also been designed to serve as a small conference/meeting room.

A place to visit again The house is well-cleaned (thanks to the lady that arrived daily), built in a safe environment with an amazing view and easily situated to fill all necessities required for self-catering. Even if it is a bit far from attractions, the stay was certainly enjoyable.
