Haldon Overnight offers comfortable accommodation with easy access from the N1 and the bus terminal. The guest house offers 30 lovely bedrooms which are furnished with either double beds or single beds, a combination of both, or double beds and bunk beds. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with baths or showers and each room is equipped with a TV. Some rooms are also equipped with kettles and microwaves. Secure parking is available and guests can relax in the tranquil garden. Meals are available on request and can be enjoyed in the dining area.

Haldon Overnight is situated within a short drive of the sports stadiums, the Free State University and technikon, as well as the waterfront, the Mediclinic, and the Rosepark and Universitas hospitals. Guests can also visit Naval Hill which is a small nature reserve situated in the city. There is also a fragrance garden for the blind close to Orchid House and guests can visit the Bloemfontein Zoo or play a round of golf at Bloemfontein Golf Course.

My partner and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and i would also want to point out that the lady who was at the reception during our arrival had been sweet to us through our stay.But just to advise,I strongly feel that the guest house should look into the direction of having a car that can take guests around at a certain fee of course,because having to find taxis in the area was a bit of hustle for us.I would definitely recommend Haldon Overnight to my friends and colleagues.
Haldon Overnight in Wilgehof Reviewed by Clifford Goosen, South Africa on . This establishment is not up to par. No towels for the Guests..This we only found out at 22H00 when we went to bath. Although the rooms are neat, they are very basic and the facilty in general needs a good upgrade and clean up...Fix broken showers and replace or clean old and dirty doors, walls and yards. Not all llights work especially in the dark corridors. Until the upgrade is done, I will not revisit Haldon overnight.
