Situated in the small town of Deneysville, Brentwood Lodge offers a great accommodation choice to corporate or leisure travellers visiting this scenic part of the Free State.

This lovely lodge has five guest rooms with breakfast being provided on request at an additional cost. These rooms have a variety of bed configurations and en-suite bathrooms. Each room also has a TV, tea and coffee facilities, a bar fridge and a microwave.

There are also three spacious units with comfortable beds and private or en-suite bathrooms. These units have open-plan living areas and fully equipped kitchenettes for all your self-catering needs.

The property also boasts lush gardens, the ideal place to host an outdoor event. There is also a conference and function venue with a fully licensed bar and a fireplace for those cold winter days.

Guests can spend their days exploring this charming town by visiting the nearby Vaal Dam for water-sport activities. Guests could also choose to stay at the lodge and relax in the swimming pool, or enjoy a delicious braai.

Brentwood Lodge in Deneysville Reviewed by Nosipho Ngubane, South Africa on . Was not really impressed with the place, Mosquito galore and we were not warned, almost went and slept in the car. Establishment's Response When the client checked out, she mentioned the mosquitos had been a problem. Regrettably living near a vast area of water (the Vaal Dam), mosquitoes can be more prolific. We have mosquito repellent on hand and the clients can contact us 24 hours a day. All our details are in the information pamphlets in the rooms. We are unable to leave any form of toxic materials for clients to use without us clearing the possible negative side effects. We are extremely disappointed that this spoilt the clients’ weekend away, as we were under the impression she had enjoyed the rest of her stay.
