Bundu Inn in Randfontein Reviewed by Lesley steele, South Africa on . This place is terrible! The rooms are dirty - stained sheets, leftover soap in the shower etc. My lights did not work and the shower head was lying on the floor. I asked for the lights to be fixed and it took 2 days before it was done.The breakfast is extremely basic (no fruit) and there is nothing for vegetarians. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody

BUNDU INN LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE POOR We appreciate that we had a room to sleep in, at least after a "good samaritan" nightwatchman assisted us, though after some interrogation. We had failed getting anyone on the phone (landline and mobile). We arrived just before 10pm from Botswana and found we were "locked out", after our booking and half-payment. The watchman had no instructions or any idea that we were coming. THE NEXT MORNING In the morning we went to ask for "promised breakfast" and we were told there was no gas to prepare some food items we needed. Wow! WINTER BLUES The one duvet and blanket just aren't enough for the chilly winter. And that heater, what difference can it make? And, oh, we had thought we were paying for a bath and shower room, but it was a shower only. An Executive room? That is a joke! ANYWAY, THE ROOMS THEMSELVES ARE SOMEHOW NOT BAD, ORDINARY THOUGH! THANK YOU NOTE: SAFARINOW SERVICE IS THE BEST!
