Modkaya and Cubekaya are part of the same beach front estate and can be booked separately, allowing for 2 families to enjoy vacation together while keeping privacy.

This unique contemporary eco-friendly house presents a new approach on recreational property. The house is located in a quiet upcoming area and is only 40 km from Maputo, situated in Macaneta Island, making it the perfect gateway for a relaxing stay.

The house offers large sliding doors to take advantage of the beautiful sea views. This is the ultimate indoor and outdoor living, blending the spaces to create a sense of openness while still retaining its privacy.

Modkaya has two en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living area that leads onto a covered porch with sea views. The house has an open courtyard which links the different rooms, giving a feeling of large volumes and open space.

You can find now a convenient store and a filling station on the Island and if you don't want to cook there are excellent restaurant nearby. Our Friendly Staff will assist you during your stay to make it memorable.

The beds are old and terrible, cooking equipment is quite limited and there is no furniture to sit in the front of the building where's the beach view. , Besides that there are not enough chairs to sit with 4 people at the cooking island. The house can never ever have 8 people sleeping, max 6.<div><br /></div><div>In summary; a lot of potential, but waaaay too overpriced.<br /><div><br /></div></div>
