Based on this I found the facilities at your lodge great despite the fact that there was no shampoo in the chalet. I also found the service ice cold and unfriendly and therefore will not be recommending your establishment to my many friends and will also not be repaeting the experience again as life is too short to stay at such unfriendly destinations
