This guest house offers with 10 rooms, all suites. There is a bar area, where you can spend your free time, near the swimming pool as well as a restaurant servicing guests homemade meals, Portuguese style. The rooms are comfortable and functional with everything visitors would need for a relaxed stay.

Palmeiras is set on one of Mozambique largest suburbs and has easy access to many tourist attracts. Visitors should enjoy the beautiful beaches and partake in one of the many water sports available.

The place is one of the best value for money places close to Maputo; close enough for it to be practically in the city (16km). The place is well furnished and the rooms are good. Hot water but can have pressure issues, the breakfast is basic but good. </div><div><br /></div><div>The owner is very nice and helpful, but sadly most staff dont speak a word of English (thats the case almost everywhere in the country).  Make sure you contact them to sure you get the directions correct (the place is not very hard to find though). </div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>

Very Pleased I was quite nervous booking initially as I have been told of a few horror stories when booking a guesthouse or B&B in Maputo but what a surprise. The venue was expecting us, very clean and rooms ready. The check in was quick and we settled in for a goods night rest. The pool was clean and welcoming. All amenities working properly and air-con was a lifesaver. The rooms are comfy, spacious and very well maintained. Only point was the surrounding venues are a little noisy in evening but thats the area. Sunday morning nearby church service was rather loud and ongoing but that cannot be helped. The breakfast was adequate and i will most certainly be staying here on my next trip through this city.
