Fiume Lodge is owner managed and situated just 35 km north of Grootfontein and 3 km from the B8. The lodge is an ideal stopover for traveller’s en-route to the north of Namibia, the Caprivi, as well as Botswana and Victoria Falls. The lodge's ideal location also provides easy access to Bushman Land, Khaudom National Park, and Etosha National Park. Fiume Lodge is situated on a 1,400-hectare private game farm with more than 11 different big game species and smaller mammal species.

The lodge offers comfortable accommodation in seven stylish chalets, each equipped with air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, twin beds, mosquito nets, and built-in cupboards to lock valuables for peace of mind. Each chalet is built from stone and topped with thatch, with interior designed rose pine wood to create that cosy, warm feeling people appreciate when travelling far from home.

Fiume Lodge in Grootfontein Reviewed by Frans Goeman, Belgium on . Charming lodge We only had booked for one night at the '' Fiume Lodge '', because on the road to Shakawe in Botswana. If we had known that Fiume was that charming, we would have booked for more nights. The rooms are very clean and very charming; parking for the car was near the room. The dinner and break-fast was very good, and the garden was very beautiful. When we will return to Namibia, we will stay again at Fiume.
