Bakwena Lodge is a comfortable establishment situated in the rural area of Tsetse, just 19 kilometers from Mahikeng. The lodge offers budget accommodation in this modern well equipped establishment.

Comfortable accommodation is provided in 20 rooms, each with bedding provided. Each room includes tea and coffee facilities and a private bathroom. Guest can enjoy making use of the communal areas including a kitchen, lounge with a TV, bar and braai facilities and covered parking.

Bakwena Lodge in Tsetse Reviewed by Clotilda Chinyanya, Zimbabwe on . Still work in progress Clean linen and friendly staff especially Tebogo. No water, leaking roof in one of the bedrooms, no furniture in the dining room, no proper sitting facilities in the lounge, inadequate kitchen utensils. Tebogo had to go and collect from her house in the village. No air-conditioning, only one fan available in the whole facility. No back-up generator in case of a powercut, which happened when we were there. Toilets need to be re-done and the bathrooms need re-tiling. Too many people were walking in and out of the house we were using, some of them may have been hired to help carry water, but we felt a bit insecure. The gate is not locked. There is only one key to the main house kept by Tebogo. Some inner bedrooms have no locks. The facility still needs a lot of work to be on Safarinow.
