Description
This double-storey house is situated on the beachfront in Shelley Beach. The house has four bedrooms and a balcony shared by three of these bedrooms.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds, and the last bedroom contains a double bed and three bunk beds. Two en-suite bathrooms, two separate full bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an outside shower are available to guests.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious with a scullery and pantry. The dining room has a huge indoor fireplace perfect for a braai or a roaring fire during the winter months. There are stack-away doors leading out to the covered patio with another braai area. The living room has a fireplace for cold nights. The house has TV's and a DVD music centre. A double garage is at the guests' disposal.

Take a leisurely stroll on our pristine beaches or walk the scenic jogging trail with breathtaking views of the entire peninsula. Take a charter boat in search of those big ones, enjoy a sunset cruise or pay a visit to seal island. Here you are free to explore or just enjoy a relaxing, rejuvenating holiday.

Great location, however the house needs some maintenance and attention to detail and property manager could be more helpful.We arrived to find the location of office to pick up keys had moved and not been updated on instructions and we had to wait for keys.The house was opened for us but we were left to work out everything for ourselves. The TV downstairs was broken and the upstairs tv was completely unplugged and we had to rewire, only to find out again that the email with instructions was out of date and the house did not have dual dstv which you just needed to bring your card but no single view which meant our card was not compatible. We texted the manager however the response was very unsympathetic and unhelpful.The oven needed to be completely reset with no instructions so we had to google the make to get it to work.The house, particularly outside was grubby with broken tiles and no furniture on balcony. Bathroom door in downstairs bedroom broken.A real shame as house in its prime would be fantastic but for the price you expect a more friendly service and a maintained house!

Right on the beach and sheltered from the wind with a wonderful view of all the bird and sea life. It helps that we were treated by hundreds of dolphins playing in the water literally in front of us! Ample space and decent facilities - a great place to stay.
