This private game reserve is located in the Eastern Cape means it is not only malaria free, but spans five ecosystems valley bushveld, savannah grassland, Fynbos, riverine forest and acacia woodland, resulting in a breath-taking diversity of plants, animals and birds.

Lalibela brings you the charm of authentic Africa and is a perfect blend of the formal and informal. Lalibela consists of three lodges, Lentaba Lodge, Mark's Camp and Tree Tops, the three lodges offer a decor that is infused with the essence of Africa, as well as warm and friendly service and unforgettable game viewing. At Lalibela, food is true safari cuisine with an emphasis on local specialities, ranging from centuries-old recipes to exciting contemporary African dishes.

Accommodation rates at Lalibela are fully inclusive of all meals, game drives as well as all drinks excluding premium wines. An exciting children's programme is offered at one of the lodges.

Conference Centre: The 110-seater conference room boasts state-of-the-art technology, including a hi-definition projector with 5 and half metre screen, varying lectern placements and a large stage area ideal for product launches including vehicles. The boardroom-style room is ideal for smaller groups, seats 18 delegates in high-back leather chairs and a projector with drop-down screen.

We saw the big 5 in one day plus so much more, including a fight between the two male lions!! The staff and our ranger were fantastic - kept us very well fed and entertained.

I recommend to stay two days for getting the best experience and the chance to see as much animals as possible. Unfortunately we didn't like the food so much, but other guests did.
