Description
Villa Bouillon, Magersfontein is a duet development, with two mirror image double storey units. Each floor in every unit can be used either as two separate apartments, or as a single apartment, for the bigger family group.

The ground-floor apartments each have a separate entrance. The top floor apartments in each unit have a communal stairway leading to a foyer with separate doors to each apartment.

The two units are roughly 250 meters from the sea and about 350 meters from the entertainment area in Hartenbos. The entertainment area has an amusement park, hot water swimming pool, restaurant, venue halls and in December is alive with flea market stalls.
