Privately owned, this superbly appointed villa is poised on the edge of the 300-hectare Kloppenheim Country Estate plateau with magnificent panoramic views of the Mpumalanga Highlands.
Highland Suites can accommodate 10 people in five ultra-luxury en-suite units with an option of twin or king-size beds. Each unit has a private entrance leading off a central garden courtyard with the lounge and dining area linked to the other suites via a U-shaped, covered walkway.
Four of these individual suites are on ground level and are wheelchair friendly. Each suite has underfloor heating, a log burning fireplace, DStv, a home theatre system and DVD player. The rooms have small lounge areas, tea and coffee stations, desks, safes, bar fridges, private balconies with magnificent views towards the escarpment, and full bathrooms with baths and separate showers.
The fifth bedroom suite is upstairs. The open-plan lounge has underfloor heating, a fireplace, a TV with DStv, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining area with a 10-seater dining table. For outdoor entertaining, there is a boma braai and wooden deck with a 10-seater table built over the edge of the mountain, with fantastic panoramic views.
Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on your private balcony whilst watching the sun rise and the rolling mist dissipate over the plateau. Relax in the evening with a sundowner on the deck.
