Land's End is the closest accommodation to the sea in Africa, set in the charming and quaint seaside hamlet of Victoria Bay, literally on the beachfront. In this stunning setting, Rod and Shanell offer a beautifully restored home, stylishly furnished with quality pieces.

Here at Land's End we have two upstairs and two downstairs rooms, all en–suite. No two rooms are the same and all have sun decks or verandas, spectacular sea views, fully fitted kitchenettes or full access to kitchens, lounges and DStv. There is safe parking, wonderful braai facilities, WiFi availability, water sport equipment to rent and access to a stocked wine cellar.

Victoria Bay is a small gem in the Garden Route, famous among surfers for its consistent point break and safe for bathers with its gently sloping sandy beach. Travelling along the N2 National Road, it is 3 km off the N2 and situated between George and Wilderness, a short 20 minute drive from George's airport, making it very accessible to visiting tourists.

Perfectly situated amongst an array of tourist attractions, whether it's a game of golf at Fancourt golf course, taking in the nature on one of the many hiking trails or just relaxing at a selection of beaches, the choice is yours.

Excellent Location but a bit faded We stayed in the Top Deck - which is an appartment with magnificent views of the waves (and the surfers). The location could not be better. The bed was very comfortable. There is an excellent beach cafe yards away serving great breakfasts. However, our one gripe was that some of the fittings and furnishings (etc) have become a bit faded / tired and could do with replenishing - this detracted a little from the overall ambiance of the place.
