Situated in the small town of Trafalgar, 75 Effingham Parade is within walking distance of the beach and perfect for guests who want to enjoy a quiet undisturbed beach holiday.

The non-smoking house is spacious and offers four comfortable bedrooms furnished with three-quarter beds and a king-size bed in the main bedroom. The bathrooms are shared and some rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave as well as a dishwasher for your convenience and opens onto the dining area with an eight-seater table. The lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV with DStv access as well as a ceiling fan.

The deck enjoys beautiful sea views and features tables with umbrellas and an outdoor braai. Should guests need additional accommodation for more than eight guests, an additional charge per person will be applicable. Guests can use the private wooden footpath down to the beach. The house also has an alarm as well as burglar bars, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

The house is situated on the protected indigenous Yengele Dune Forest and is ideally situated to explore the beach and the rest of the Trafalgar Marine Reserve. Guests can go surfing, swimming and snorkelling and the San Lameer Golf Course is just a short drive away. For those looking for a bit more, Margate is a 20-minute drive away and offers shopping, restaurants, cafés and more.

Lovely place Our stay started off great...then at 4 am in the morning an intruder dug under the fence to get to my car and triggard the beams...thank goodness for the security guys!....so after that we were very scard staying at the house...we were even to scard to walk through the bushes to the beach....the house is beautiful and well secured and decorated! The house needs a lock up garage. Thanks for the stay.
