Kendal Cottage is a 120 year-old heritage house, situated in the quite area of Diep Rivier, close to the main M3 freeway and on the doorstep of Constantia. The house has charming features throughout, with sash windows and a fountain in the garden. It can comfortably sleep four people.
This modern cottage is set in a peaceful setting, has two bedrooms and is fully equipped for self-catering. The living room has large inviting sofas facing a TV with full DStv package. There is a cosy family room with an additional TV. The living area includes a large wooden dining table with seating for six people. The stylish kitchen with its classical black and white tilling, includes all modern luxuries such as a gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. There is a washing machine available in a separate laundry room.
Step out onto the covered patio area, with comfortable seating facing the garden and fountain. There is ample secure parking and the unit is serviced twice weekly. Full security is provided with armed response.
This cottage is available for July and August, and December and January. |
