12 Bells is situated in Milnerton and is less than a 10-minute walk from Milnerton Beach and lagoon. Here you will find Milnerton’s very own golf course, lawn bowls and canoe club. Milnerton Beach boasts a picturesque view of Table Mountain.

The house has four bedrooms; two of the bedrooms have double beds; there are two bedrooms with single beds; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; and there is a family bathroom. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities and a dining room with a round dining table for six people. The lounge has a comfortable lounge suite and a TV with a DVD player. This leads onto an enclosed patio with twin beds. We have a spacious garden with a sparkling swimming pool.

Table View Beachfront is less than a 10-minute drive away and we are situated on the main bus route into Cape Town. Shops, banks, restaurants and doctors are all on your doorstep. 12 Bells is a five-minute drive from Ratanga Junction Theme Park and Century City - one of the largest shopping and entertainment centres in the Western Cape. Grand West Casino, Table Mountain and the V & A Waterfront are within a 20-minute drive. The renowned SA Wineries in Gordons Bay and the well-known West Coast holiday resort of Langebaan with Club Mykonos Casino and Resort are all pleasurable drives approximately an hour away.
