Town View is a beautifully put together modern apartment situated in the leafy green northern suburb of Clarendon, located less than 3 kilometres from the centre of Pietermaritzburg.

We offer an upmarket two-bedroom apartment on a self-catering basis that can be serviced daily if required. The interior is tastefully appointed with modern décor. It is situated in a secure complex which includes under-cover parking.

The apartment is within easy access of the N3 highway going south to Durban, or north to the Midlands. For your convenience, the flat is situated near The Midlands Liberty Mall, Virgin Active Gym, Victoria Shopping Centre and many excellent restaurants.

It's a unit in a residential complex.i was locked out of the place at night, there was no communication that the pedestrian gate keypad is turned off at a particular time and the host was not reachable.<div>The host wasn't around to welcome, all was done via SMS. </div><div>If you are needing a place to stay, with more than one bedroom and all other homely amenities - this is definitely the place </div>
