Severin Sea Lodge is an upmarket hotel located directly on the shores of the Indian Ocean on Bamburi Beach, approximately 12 km from Mombasa. Accommodation comprises 188 rooms divided into different categories; the comfortable Karibu Class rooms in traditional Arab style, the luxurious Comfort Class rooms, and Suites with custom carved Lamu furnishings. All rooms and units provide the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Severin Sea Lodge prides itself in its first-class cuisine, offered at three different restaurants on site. The Kisima restaurant boasts a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean, while the Imani Dhow Restaurant, a sailing boat, offers fish and sea water delicacies. The Safari Bistro is situated next to the Safari Bar and features an Italian theme in its menu, specializing in pizza and pasta. For a cool cocktail or evening drink while socializing, the Safari Bar and Johari Roof Terrace will fit the bill.
Lodge facilities ensure that guests' needs are well catered for. The mini supermarket offers daily newspapers, unique souvenirs, and fresh fruits, while the Severin VIP Boutique offers a selection of fashion as well as swimwear.
