Stay at Ecotel Southgate <div style="text-align: left;">Hi There,<br /> <br /> I will start will the positives - The staff were friendly and kind - the place was clean and smelled pleasant.<br /> <br /> The rest was just boring - showers leak - water is not hot enough - knowing JHB I'd expect heated shower floors.<br /> <br /> No DSTV - normal SABC (which wasn't clear) - I asked about WiFi and was told that it was not free - Not happy.<br /> <br /> The heater and bedside lamp had a joined plug - very dangerous. Globe of bedside lamp should be energy saver as you are an ECOTEL.<br /> <br /> WORST of all - NOISE!!!!!!!!! at random hour there are people who would check in or whatever - they make too much NOISE - I think the reception should be separated from the house.<br /> <br /> I would definitely consider going back if the above was corrected.<br /> <br /> Regards,<br /> <br /> Zain </div>
Ecotel Southgate Inn in Johannesburg Reviewed by Tume Mohlodi, South Africa on . The place is not bad at all, the staff is helpful, but the doors make so much noise one could hardly sleep. The reception ladies make too much noise for one to have peace of mind. All in all I had a good time and the place is convenient
