Devonshire Hotel in Johannesburg Reviewed by Kurt von Molendorff, South Africa on . Defintely not to be recommended Don't be fooled by the pictures and the 3 star rating. This hotel is run down, understocked and has no air conditioning. I booked in, and within 30 minutes arranged a taxi to take me to another hotel as I felt very uncomfortable about staying there.
