Description
31 Ocean Breeze is a ground floor, sea-facing unit situated on the main bathing beach of Winklespruit which is protected by shark nets and qualified lifeguards. The apartment is situated 7 km from the new Galleria and Arbour Crossing shopping centres, where all the large retail outlets are based.

The modern unit comfortably sleeps six people and comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. Kitchen has just been refurbished and consists of granite tops, undercounter oven, ceramic hob and is fully equipped. The bathroom has also been refurbished with all new fittings and consists of a separate bath and shower. Other features include a private patio, ceiling fans, and television with DStv connection (bring your own decoder and smart card). The patio leads onto a luscious tropical garden with direct access onto the beach.



Please note that the following is to be paid directly to the Complex Manager on arrival. Once off admin fee of R50, laundry fee of R60 per week and levy of R45 per day. The above amounts are paid to the complex and not to the Owner. Arrangement for the key for the complex must be done with the Compelx Manager - Details will be released once payment has been made.

The complex offers a large swimming pool with a separate baby pool, as well as a tidal pool on the beach. Enjoy a barbecue at the thatched entertainment area, central to the complex, where holidaymakers can socialise under the palm trees. The property features remote controlled security gates, as well as 24-hour security for your guaranteed peace of mind. Each unit also has a key to the gate that opens directly onto the main Winklespruit bathing beach, and has an allocated covered parking bay, with provision for trailer parking if required.

The Suncoast Casino complex on Durban’s North Beach is only a short drive away, while for the golfing enthusiast there are several prestigious golf courses in close proximity. A short distance south lies the beautiful Aliwal Shoal dive site, where divers will find the renowned Raggie Cave, well-known for the ragged tooth shark. Winklespruit is also known to fishermen for the shad that are caught from the rocks.

Was very neat and clean, and on the beach, i cherished every moment. thank you Jenny for being so kind and i will revisit for sure</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Great Location We had a good stay and the location is awesome for a beach holiday.<div><br /></div><div>Take note, not represented in the pictures:</div><div><ul> <li>The master bed is separated from the living room by only a curtain. <span style="line-height: 1.5;">The second bedroom sleeps four with two bunk-beds</span></li></ul><div><br /></div></div><div>The unit will be very crowded when accommodating for 6 people.</div><div><br /></div><div>I would recommend units 39 - 43 (at the pool) for larger families.</div><div><br /></div><div>All and all we enjoyed ourselves and will probably be back next year.</div>
