Description
La Mer 56 is a spacious, sea-facing apartment in a secure complex that offers private beach access.

This apartment is situated on the first floor and offers three air-conditioned rooms; linen and hand towels are provided, guests just need to bring beach and bath towels. The main bedroom has access to a large balcony and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, a stove and oven, an electric frying pan, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, as well as a washing machine for added convenience. Guests can enjoy their meals in the open-plan dining room or relax in the comfortable lounge. The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv Premium and a DVD player and is furnished with two sleeper couches. The living area opens onto the large balcony which is furnished and equipped with a gas braai. Here guests can relax and enjoy views of the ocean, the club house and the pool.

Two under-cover parking bays are available and the complex has 24-hour security. Guests can cool down in the sparkling swimming pool and the children in the kiddies’ pool. Braai facilities and the club house are also available to guests.

The complex offers easy access to the beach, the lagoon and the lagoon restaurant which is located within a short walk. Guests can go canoeing in the lagoon and go fishing or swimming at Karridene beach.

At La Mer 56 you can watch the sun rise and set on the ocean from the comfort of the main bed or lounge and wake up every morning to the soothing tranquil sound of the sea; an experience you will want to repeat over and over again.

The sea and pool were close by and apart from sightseeing and grocery shopping, it was not necessary to leave the apartment. The complex has strict rules which is enforced by the security to ensure all residents are respected and enjoy their stay.
